Captain Lekan Olopade Ibrahim is a highly skilled naval architect with extensive expertise in vessel planning, construction, and maritime development.
He holds a B.Sc in Nautical Science and a Deck Class II/I (Unlimited) certification, alongside an M.Sc in Ship Design, Construction, and Technical Services. As an accredited surveyor, he is recognized by leading flag administrations and classification societies, including NIMASA, Bureau Veritas (BV), and the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS).
With over 25 years of experience serving as an officer aboard ocean-going vessels of various sizes and types, Capt. Olopade has developed deep expertise in ship design, structural engineering, compliance, and fleet optimization.
In his role as Executive Technical Consultant at Jikolat Global Investment Limited, he provides strategic guidance and technical oversight in vessel planning, construction, and maritime development, ensuring efficient execution, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence for Jikolat and its clients.
